THE WASH RITUAL
The DIRTY Truths
Why DIRTY is Different
GET THE GEAR
DIRTY starts with the people who grow our food
DIRTY starts with the people who grow our food
Meet the Farmer Behind DIRTY
Farmer Tim has spent decades in the field, studying soil, building relationships with seasons, and growing greens the way they were meant to be grown.
At some point, he noticed something no one in the industry wanted to say out loud: pre-washing wasn't making produce better. It was turning living food into something that smelled processed and expired before it should.
The DIRTY team decided enough was enough. If the system wasn't going to change, we'd build outside it. Field-packed, minimally handled, and unapologetically unwashed. Because the best thing we could do for your food was get out of its way.
-
Processing kills flavor.
We opt out.We preserve the structure and flavor of the leaves by reducing handling at every step.
-
Clean shouldn't mean chemical.
We skip the chlorine pre-wash because real freshness doesn't need it.
-
The supply chain ends with you.
On purpose. We field-pack so you can finish the job. Wash your greens at home, your way.
